Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Wren ("Wren", "we", "us") for using Wren at wrencreators.com and app.wrencreators.com. We've tried to keep them plain and fair. By creating an account or using Wren, you agree to them. Also read our Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live (or have a parent or guardian's permission).
  • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • If you invite a manager or agency into your workspace, they can act in Wren on your behalf. You can remove their access anytime.
  • Managers and agencies must only work in a creator's workspace with that creator's approval.

Plans and billing

  • Wren has a Free plan and paid plans. Prices and what each plan includes are on our Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to Free.
  • Agency plans include a set number of creators. Extra creators are billed per creator for the same period.
  • Refunds: payments aren't refundable except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. If something went wrong, email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
  • If a payment fails, we'll let you know and give you a short grace period to fix it before your plan changes.
  • We may change prices. We'll tell you ahead of time, and changes apply from your next billing period.

Payments through Stripe

Subscription billing and card payments on invoices are handled by Stripe. When brands pay your invoices by card, the money goes to your connected Stripe account under Stripe's own terms. Wren never takes a percentage of your brand deals or invoice payments. You're responsible for the invoices you send, including amounts, taxes and following the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Wren to:

  • send spam, harass people, or impersonate anyone;
  • scam, phish or defraud anyone, or report senders as scams in bad faith;
  • break the law or someone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
  • try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of Wren;
  • access another person's account or data without permission.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own your content: your deals, contracts, invoices, contacts and email. You give Wren permission to store and process it only to run Wren for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Wren, our logo and our software belong to us.

AI is guidance, not advice

Wren uses AI to help with things like contract reviews, negotiation drafts and pitches. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It's guidance to help you decide, not legal, financial or tax advice. Always review what Wren suggests, and talk to a qualified professional before big decisions.

Scam checks don't guarantee safety

Deal Investigation and Community Scam Shield help you spot warning signs, but no check can guarantee that a sender, link, file or offer is safe, and a missing warning doesn't mean something is legitimate. Always confirm offers directly with the brand before you share personal details, sign anything or send money.

Connected accounts

When you connect Gmail, Outlook or another inbox, you let Wren read and act on your mail as described in our Privacy Policy. Wren only sends email when you tap Send. You can disconnect anytime.

Ending your account

You can stop using Wren and ask us to delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Wren. We'll give notice when we reasonably can, and a chance to export your data.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Wren is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or right for every purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wren isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits, lost deals or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell you by email or in Wren before they take effect. If you keep using Wren after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [VENUE TO BE CONFIRMED], unless the law where you live says otherwise.
